Pink Floyd 10 inch acetate; Money (album version) cut as seven inch format.
This acetate came from an employee who worked for the record company in Holland during the 70s. Why it was made, he didn't remember. Maybe there were plans to release the whole album track as a single, that did not happen as we all know, singles with playing time of more than 6 minutes didn't get airplay in the 70s, except for Queens masterwork 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.
I've played this once, as far as I can judge, it's the normal song and mix, no alternative mix or sound but the album version of Money, most likely from the mastertape. The acetate is nice clean and shiny, little dusty but has a clear high dynamic superb stereo sound and it has a number stamped on the rear, see all pictures.
Probably only one worldwide made ever. The bit dirty 12" sleeve has some notes, they were written by the man who cut this rare item, with the misspelled 'Pink Floydd' !!! So here's your chance to get an unique Pink Floyd item, good luck.
This one will be send registered and insured , very well packed in a strong cardboard mailer.
