Description

Pink Floyd Piper At The Gates Of Dawn LP UK Mono SX 6157 original pressing from 1967-as is well known a very different mix in parts to the stereo issue.

Very nice cover-still a good strong feel and totally clean of writing/tears etc.The only real problem is a bit of darkening/remnants of stains on the rear cover-like when a bit of water

hits the cover and it leaves a slight stain-nothing at all severe.And a small area on the top edge that could open soon, but this is a good cover and grades EX.(File Under words top corner)

The disc is a strange one in that most pointers are that its not been played much, but there are a no. of marks/scratches on the vinyl that do not look like the usual thing.Basically the vinyl has a really

good clear underlying sheen and the labels have barely any spindle play and are clean with good sharp colours.Against this are a no. of random marks on the vinyl-luckily most have no affect on the

sound but there are a couple of short segments where clicks can be heard.As said the labels are in great shape and have the KT buying/tax code.  

Hard to grade but I guess one would say the disc grades around VG to VG+.

One or two problems but a decent copy and a great listen with this mix-since giving it a good clean the actual sound quality is vastly improved!
