On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pink Floyd called "Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS WAS PINK FLOYD'S FIRST & RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1967 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS ALSO ONE OF THE RAREST 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP EVER MADE - WITH ULTRA RARE 'SMALL' LABEL TYPEFACE & NO 'FILE UNDER POP' IN THE REVERSE OF THE COVER!!!!  

BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL - IS THAT IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSING!!!!   AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED COPIES ONLY!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY EMI / COLUMBIA THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  THEY WERE NEARLY ALWAYS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (AS IN THIS CASE!) - AND ARE NOW VERY VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!  AND OF COURSE, YOU CAN NEVER BEE 100% CERTAIN THAT THEY WERE ON THIS LP FROM NEW (UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FULL LPs HISTORY FROM NEW!).  THOUGH IN THIS CASE, I HAVE EXAMINED THE STICKER VERY CAREFULLY INDEED - AND IT IS 100% GENIUNE (NOT A RE-PRINT!), AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF 'RE-STICKING' AND NO GLUE MARKS EITHER!!!!  THE STICKER IS ALSO 100% FLAT TO THE TOUCH TOO - LEADING ME TO STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT IT HAS BEEN ON THIS LP FROM NEW, AND THE STICKER ITSELF IS DEFINITELY 100% GENIUNE IN ALL RESPECTS!!!!  BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SAMPLE' PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!)!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION (WITH AN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT COVER & VERY BRIGHT & SHINY RECORD!) - AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS 'SMALL' LABEL TYPEFACE, 1ST PRESS 'SOLD IN THE UK' LABEL TEXT, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR' BLACK ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER (WITH NO 'FILE UNDER POP' ON THE REVERSE)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Columbia UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SX 6157 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty deep feelable scratches, only a few VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, only a few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle, and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  Even more importantly the beginning of 'Interstellar Overdrive' plays SUPERBLY with NO jumps AT ALL here (most do!)!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with barely ANY distortion, and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not Very Good - and still looks very VERY nice indeed!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Patents Applied For' Black Advertising inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Flipback Laminated MONO Cover is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition - and very VERY hard to find like this now!!!!  It has NO rips, NO tears, NO edge wear, NO splits, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), only some possible very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to a couple of the EXTREME corner tips, VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, only an absolutely ULTRA faint possible impression of something in the top left corner (this is truly almost INVISIBLE and there is certainly NO actual writing here or anything nasty like that!), NO ringwear, SUPERB flipbacks, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
