CATALOG NUMBER: SCX 6197

VINYL GRADE: 7 VG+ (In average, used condition with no signifcant defects. Just has some standard surface and needle marks with nothing deep. I listened to this front and back and am happy to report that you will have an enjoyable listening experience with sporadic instances of background noise. You will experience some crackling in the quiet parts and possibly a few faint pops thoroughout both sides. This is a perfect example of a 7/10 or VG+ record in my book. Still regarding this a quality piece due to it's age and scarcity. See photos for label condition. Matrix numbers are as follows: Side 1 - YAX 3419-1 and Side 2 - YAX 3420-1.)

JACKET GRADE: 6 VG (Unfortunately, this jacket shows it's age. The disc is the star in this auction. Please see the photos for more detail. While there are no rips, no writing, no tears or anything of that sort, there are a moderate amount of creases due to the lightweight laminated jacket. There is some edgewear, most notably in the top right corner near the opening of the jacket. Spine shows some wear as well. Seam on the bottom opening has a small 1/2" split. The back shows some age spotting and a few small stains/marks from who knows what. However, I am still giving this jacket a solid rating of 6/VG because of the lack of significant damage such as a rip, large seam split, writing, etc. The creases are the main culprit and it is still 100% functional with no serious defects.)

INNER SLEEVE: Plain white inner sleeve.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Incredibly rare UK Stereo issue of the 1st Floyd album. This is the Ernest J. Day foldover jacket - see photos. As stated, the jacket shows a fair amount of wear but the vinyl is in nice shape. Hard to say goodbye to this one.

HERE'S HOW I GRADE:

10 – MINT (Sealed, perfect condition.)

9 – Nr MINT (Like new with only a hint of wear.)

8 – EX (Very few blemishes. Maybe a couple light scratches on the vinyl or a few light creases to the jacket. Serious collectors will be satisfied with this grade.)

7 – VG+ (Average, used condition. Most of my vinyl and jackets are in this condition. Vinyl will show playwear/scratches, but nothing deep and it will play through fine. You may encounter a "pop" or two or some light background noise.The jacket may have creasing, edgewear, ringwear, or corner dings but nothing significant.)

6 – VG (Vinyl/jacket may will show a fair to moderate amount of wear . Vinyl may show a number of scratches and you will likely experience some background noise during playback, but NO skips. The jacket may show a fair amount of wear in the form of creasing, edgewear, ringwear, writing, seam splits, etc.)

5 – VG- (Rarely will I sell anything of this grade unless it is a collector item with some value. Moderate to heavy wear on the vinyl and/or jacket.)

I will ship up to 3 records for $4.00, any additional records are .50 each. I accept Paypal only. I will ship to International locations but bidders will pay anywhere from $17-20 for 1 album and $2.00 for each additional LP. Some countries will require registered mail (I'm talking to you, Italy). All of my records are shipped in a BRAND NEW 13x13x2 sturdy cardboard box and the contents are secured in bubble wrap or double boxed in one of those cheap record mailing boxes (I hate when people use those - I use them for a double layer of backup protection). You’ll be happy be with the packaging - I guarantee it.
