THE PINK FLOYD ~ SEE EMILY PLAY b/w SCARECROW 7" Single
Original 1967 U.K. first issue stereo pressing released on the Columbia label DB 8214.
Description :
Very rare and hard to find psych classic that has become increasingly collectable over the last few years.
"See Emily Play" was the second single recorded by The Pink Floyd. It was written by original frontman Syd Barrett and recorded on 23 May 1967. The single featured "The Scarecrow" as its B-side. Though it was initially released as a non-album single, it appeared on the US edition of their debut album The Piper at the Gates of Dawn (1967). It later appeared in the UK on the compilation Relics (1971). The single reached number 6 in the UK singles chart.
Condition ~ Vinyl :
The super clean vinyl is in EXCELLENT with just a couple of light surface hairlines. Plays great.
Condition ~ Sleeve :
Comes in a custom green Columbia sleeve which is in great shape. No splits, tears or writing.
Condition ~ Labels :
Both labels are nice and clean. No writing. Hardly any spindle marks.
