Description
PINK FLOYD A Saucerful Of Secrets
Rare original 1968 UK 7-track 1st pressing Columbia blue & black label MONO LP, front laminated flipback picture sleeve.
By 1968, stereo issues were being manufactured in greater quantities than mono copies by a ratio of almost 2:1.
This great album highlights the sheer psychedelic brilliance of Pink Floyd, and was their final album to feature a Syd Barrett composition SX6258
The labels are blue and black Columbia design with 'Sold In The UK....' label text. The 'KT' tax code is clearly visible either side of the centre hole.
The vinyl has only a few very minor marks which are only visible in bright light. This is a clean mono copy.
The between track spaces are still almost silent.
Housed in the original EMI advertising inner bag.
Complete with Garrod & Lofthouse laminated flipback picture sleeve with 'Patents Pending' credit on the bottom flipback & '6807' date.
The sleeve is in good condition with rich colours and crisp clean laminate with some light indentations
A superb copy of this hard to find mono original!
I will despatch in stiff card envelope designed for albums, between 2 additional corrugate cardboard stiffeners.
