Description
The Division Bell : Blue Vinyl LP (USA)
I purchased this from new and I have only played it the once in order to grade it. Pressed on marbled deep blue vinyl it is a reissue of the original USA version and is in superb condition.

Visual grading
The marbled blue vinyl is visually stunning and has a lovely glossy sheen to it. Under a bright light I cannot see any hairlines and it is easily one of the best reissues I have ever seen, if not the best.
Play grading
'Cluster One' has stunning audio from start to finish. On these bootlegs this track often plays with a fair amount of interference but here the sound quality is quite simply astounding. The odd mega light dust tick but I honestly think this plays better than many near mint/mint standard releases I have heard. For such a quiet track it plays with incredible clarity and not one single click or pop. Wow! With complete silence between tracks the remaining songs also play with a quality that is nigh on impossible to improve upon. There is no intrusive interference at all and for coloured vinyl the audio is beyond impressive!
'Take It Back' on S2 again plays with wonderful depth and clarity with only the bare minimum of dust ticks on the intro. The quiet intro on 'Coming Back To Life' is another great example of the 'high end' audio on offer here. Yes the odd very quiet dust tick but there are certainly no clicks or pops. The remaining tracks play with similar quality, the odd dust tick, but nothing what you would call intrusive 'background'. The classic 'High Hopes' ends the album with superb audio although there is some crackle type sounds on the 'bells' fade out. Remember this vinyl has only ever been played once!
Gatefold cover
The glossy gatefold is in sublime condition and is 'like new', I have never seen a cleaner one. The edges and wide spine have no shelf wear and the front and back covers have no marking at all. The opening edge also has no handling wear as you would expect. The inside of the gatefold is immaculate.
Lyric inner
This is in perfect condition with no marks or creasing.
The labels
They are both in near perfect condition and have no spindle wear. Only the S1 label has a small amount of white speck type marks.
