Description
PINK FLOYD - DARK SIDE OF THE MOON
HARVEST LABEL 1973 UK RARE SECOND PRESSING IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH ONE SIDE OPENING FIRST ISSUE GATEFOLD SLEEVE.
SHVL 804
A3 B2
Released in 1973, this is a very rare second pressing of PINK FLOYD's landmark album THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. The album has a few marks but it plays through nicely with no sticks or skips etc. The album comes in original Hipgnosis designed gatefold sleeve which has a blueish tint and is sealed on one side. This is very same sleeve that was issued with the solid triangle first issue.
Complete list of tracks on this Pink Floyd album are as follows: SPEAK TO ME - BREATHE IN THE AIR - ON THE RUN - TIME - THE GREAT GIG IN THE SKY - MONEY - US AND THEM - ANY COLOUR YOU LIKE - BRAIN DAMAGE - ECLIPSE.
The VINYL, The Vinyl is showing a few marks but they do not effect the playback and the vinyl is in very good condition.
The SLEEVE, The first issue gatefold sleeve printed by Garrod & Lofthouse is clean, it is showing a touch of edgewear otherwise this is a decent example of this rare and classic album.
The LABELS, The Grammophone labels are very clean, Needless to say there is no unwanted writing or sticker marks etc.
The INNER, The generic inner is clean, needless to say there are no splits or unwanted writing etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc
