Description
SHVL804 on EMI/Harvest label. 1973 Pink Floyd album "The Dark Side Of The Moon"....with solid blue triangle. Tracks are: Speak To Me, Breathe In The Air, On The Run, Time, The Great Gig In The Sky, Money, Us And Them, Any Colour You Like, Brain Damage, Eclipse,.
Matrix numbers are: SHVL 804 A-2 and SHVL 804 B-2.
This fabulous album is in very good plus condition. The vinyl shines beautifully and has just everso light wispy surface marks. There are two brush type marks but these and the hairline marks have no effect on the play. I have played this record all the way through. The sound quality is fabulous. There is just very minimal surface noise, only heard in the quiet bits. There are no scratches at all. The record does not skip or jump at all. There is just one slight pop right at the very very end of side 2. Really fine sound..superb.
The labels show just few very light spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. No writing or marks on the labels.
The original black plastic lined inner sleeve is in really excellent condition. One small 2 centimetre neat seam split to one side but no other damage at all.
Both the large posters are in superb condition. No damage at all.
Only one postcard sticker which has a creases but no other damage at all.
The Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd gatefold cover has just the one right hand side opening. This is in excellent condition. There are no rips, splits or tears. Lovely spine with no crushing....really tiny scuff right on the tips of the top and bottom...really nothing bad. Lovely opening edges with no freying. No nasty handling marks.
This is a really good solid copy. Plays beautifully and looks good.
Very rare album, very low start price.
