This is a UK 1st Press of 'The Final Cut' by Pink Floyd. This rare earliest press is complete with the first A-1U / B-2U matrix, the original gatefold black sleeve, the original final cut sticker and black polylined inner sleeve.

The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a sensational jet black gloss, there is just one needle mark on Side 1 otherwise the vinyl is superb. The label is sensational. The pictures are completely unworn, the colours are crisp and bright and there is only slight spindle wear. We very carefully played this album and we are pleased to say that for the most part the sound is sensational. There is a little momentary noise on the mark otherwise it is warm, rich and exceptionally clear, with superb audio separation throughout. The record is complete with the original black inner in Excellent condition.

The gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colours are bright and the images are sharp. The black is solid and the 'final cut' sticker is sealed. The inside is superb. The spine is very firm and the whole cover still feels exceptionally solid.
