This record is in excellent- condition. It has a few light spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or major issues. There is some very light age spots to each label but these are minor and not hugely noticeable. Overall the labels are tidy, bright and have all text clearly legible.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have a nice lustre and have nothing deep or serious showing. There is some minor lines in places however and also some 'blotchy' or mottled areas in places. These are purely superficial and not serious. So a record that is used and has some light signs of this but is also free of any nasty marks or serious scratches.
I play tested the record and it played well throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was no serious surface noise and overall the audio quality was excellent. The run in and intro to side 1 has only a fraction of surface noise audible, as does the quiet points throughout the lp(which often sound nasty). Overall the audio was very enjoyable and has nice clarity overall with just the odd light fraction of surface noise in places. It plays well and would be a solid grade of 'EX' audibly in my opinion.
The sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has only a minor amount of wear or rubbing to the edges and corners and the writing along the 'pinched' spine is still legible. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks and it is solid all round. Saying this, it has 'split' around 1" along the bottom edge from the bottom right corner. There is also some mild age related discolouring to both sides, and a few minor creases in places. The sleeve also has the original shrink wrap sticker added to the front. Overall a solid and decent sleeve but one that has some light general signs of age and the sticker added as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.Its contains its original '3 corner cropped' picture inner but this has been taped along the left edge. Other than the taping there is also light age related discolouring and minor signs of handling. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner.
The original postcard insert has gone missing over the years unfortunately, and is not included.
The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me.
