This LP Record has only been Played OCCASIONALLY!!!
LP IS IN MINT CONDITION- NO SCRATCHES/MARKS!!
Recorded onto TDK MA Tape for Playback Reference 
Record has ONLY been played on the following HiFi equipment:
Yamaha YP-D71 Turntable with Shure V15 MK 3 Cartridge  (Tracking = 1.2 Grams) and cleaned using Discwasher D3 Cleaning System.
Record has always been stored vertically in a purpose-built Cabinet with a Blake Sleeve.
LP will be shipped in purpose supplied Mailing Box with a new LINER and 90 Micron BOPP Blake Sleeve.
All VINYL LP's THAT ARE FOR SALE ARE SENT BY AUSPOST EXPRESS WITH SIGNATURE !!!
