Description

** PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE YOU BID **

A rare UK manufacturer's copy (EMI) of Pink Floyd's 1988  - Delicate Sound Of Thunder double album which carries a 'MANUFACTURERS PROPERTY' sticker on the back of the cover but more interestingly has completely different partially hand-etched run-off 'stamps'  unlike the regular machine stamped numbers on normal copies . These alpha/numeric details bear no reference to the catalogue serial number EQ 5009 which appears on the record labels here and on machine stamped copies..I have detailed below the markings.....

Side 1.   C-5735 A-1 II (at 12 o'clock) + NICK2 or NICKZ (at 3 o'clock)

Side 2.   C-5735 B-1 II  (at 12 o'clock)

Side 3.  020 C-536 (536 XXX'd out) 5736 A-2 II  (at 3 o'clock)

Side 4.  020 C-5736 B-2 II (at 5 o'clock) + NICK2 or NICKZ (at 7 o'clock)

* On each side the '7' in 5735/6 above is struck through seemingly by hand.

All text on the record labels, inner sleeves and the gatefold cover are in English.

VINYLS....EXCELLENT.... a few faint hairlines only (in & out of inners), play fine.

INNER PICTURE SLEEVES.....EXCELLENT....crisp & clean, no splits.

Comes in a protective polythene sleeve.
