PIPER Can’t Wait Featuring BILLY SQUIER A&M (SP-3195) & PIPER A&M (SP-4615) Both VG/EX

ALL LP surfaces are graded in VG condition.  BOTH sleeves are graded in EXCELLENT condition.  Original inner sleeves are also graded EXCELLENT but there’s the beginning of a tear in the printed inner sleeve at “6 o’clock”.  Please see photos of actual items on offer!

PIPER Can’t Wait Featuring BILLY SQUIER is an A&M Records release (SP-3195) & their first album PIPER was also released by A&M (SP-4615).  They didn’t achieve fame during their time together—but it wasn’t because they didn’t write good songs.  Who’s Your Boyfriend (included here) would later become a hit for lead singer BILLY SQUIER after he went solo.  But everything was always coming together—Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Kiss) mixed the first album, & Chris Kimsey (The Rolling Stones, Peter Frampton, Ten Years After) worked on the second. The missing piece was management.  SQUIER secured management by BILL AUCOIN who also handled KISS & BILLY IDOL, & the rest (as they say) is history.

Like most folks, I missed PIPER when they were together, & went back and bought these two releases after discovering BILLY SQUIER—these two albums were even released together on one CD during the big “CD money-grab” by the majors.  But I believe I’m the only seller (currently—as I post this) offering both LPs in the same condition in a single post.  One stop shopping, as they say—and you can save on shipping!
