Description

THE PIRATES-45-“Naughty Girl” b/w “Cuttin’ Out”-Back Stage Records # 5001-DJ Issue-Killerkool and Crude 1966 Louisiana Garage-Punk. Band was rumored to be from Texas. Also released a single “Diagnosis Neurosis” as THEIR SINGING BODIES. A side is structured along the lines of “Get Off Of My Cloud” / “Hang On Sloopy” with a fuzz-guitar lurking throughout counterpoint with a tremolo-driven guitar. B side is on the same lines-a fuzz guitar in the mix with a stinging Fender Telecaster counterpoint-two cool lead guitar breaks. Condition: Record is somewhere between G+ and close to VG-; some light wear, surface/paper scuffs visible in certain light angles. Some slight background noise at times, mostly covered by loud content.
Label has some light wear/fade; 2 blue ‘x’s in magic marker (see photo) on A side.
