This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good + or Excellent -Minor corner dings
Sleeve - shows some wear on the edges but still in great condition
Vinyl Looks Very Good + or Excellent. 
- does have slight fingerprint smudges and I did not want to scratch the record by cleaning them but does not have any scratches. Sounds great when I tested it.
