On sale is the absolute classic Album, Surfer Rosa, by the fabulous PIXIES, Regarded by many as one of the greatest Bands of the last 30 Years, influencing many of the current rock bands and still doing so. Recorded and released in 1988. A masterpiece from Black Francis. A brilliant classic selection and intended to be played extremely loud.
A1/B1 First Pressing Matrix Numbers with the words JA NUDISM and JA WITH AN F hand etched into the vinyl, the vinyl is the reasonably heavy duty and sturdy vinyl of the 80's and the Album is rare on vinyl.
The record is in excellent condition and plays well, virtually free from any surface marks, the vinyl is in wonderful condition. The record still retains its rich black vinyl sheen. of new. The inner labels are very clean, there are no marks or writing, superb condition. An excellent example of this quite rare record.
The delicate matt card Sleeve is in excellent condition, the opening edges are sharp, the top and bottom edges are also in excellent order, no edge wear, some slight wear to the top corner of the sleeve. The spine is rigid, sharp and intact, and the text on the spine is intact. The high matt white finish is not the easiest to keep clean and surface of rear of the sleeve has some minor scuff marks through storage, other than this sleeve is in excellent order. Record comes complete with the original gold leaf card inner picture sleeve which is in excellent condition and free of tears and creases
