 PJ HARVEY classic LP, on TOO PURE RECORDS from 1992, ''DRY'' on VINYL.
Long DELETED, RARE and Longed For by many a collector.
This item is in VERY GOOD CONDITION. Handled Rarely over the years but does give signs of being handled though not damaged or scuffed in any way. You can just tell this is a highly prized item, and that it has been handled, VERY CAREFULLY . . .  One small tear on the inner sleeve [as shown on finyl image] where the vinyl has, cut on one edge very slightly. Enough for someone to go DOH!!, but not enough to consider this item impared in any way. It really is a minor slit . . . 
Clean Cover, Clean Unscratched or Marked Vinyl and a pretty good Inner Sleeve, makes this a very lovely item.
