Cover: VG+, original innercover with pictures.

Record: Good, has a mark across side A(see pictures),  I´ve playtested both sides on my turntable and there is some noise all the way through side A which is not on side B. It plays through without jumps or skips on both sides, but with noise. This might be better or worse on your turntable as it may vary due to equipment.
