Unknown artist - A Place In The Wind - 4-Star Music 278-1780 original one-of-a-kind 8-inch metal acetate test pressing of professionally recorded hard fuzz garage rock electric guitar based vocal group from 1969. There are no matrix numbers and no artist credits. Record is VG++ and plays Near Mint. Comes in an industry "audiodiscs" sleeve (Audio Devices Inc, 235 E. 42 St, New York, NY). Came from the collection of a New York City area disk jockey. Not sure if the song was ever released commercially. A song by this title is registered as having been written by Jonathan and Jeffrey Geist and Steven Silverman in July 1969. Sound file embedded above. Nice!
