A fairly 'obscure' band at the time, they sold poorly and their excellent 45s received little notice too. This album is worthy for the opening track to Side 2 alone - 'MRS GRUNDY' is a superb heavy song rumbling piano almost subversive, as a threatening tale unfolds of exiting an obsessive relationship. Great!....one The WHO would have been proud of, actually, and somewhat reminiscent of 'Boris The Spider' in some way. Then there's still the rest of the album! I'll let the winner revel in the music without more ado - a rare LP and a nice copy here in lovely playing condition.


The vinyl is NM-, clean and sounding great.
