PLAYING FOR TIME With my Heart 7 inch vinyl single On THUMBS UP RECORDS
SRT 9ks2224 1989 B side Six Weeks in July
Pretty rare single from this fine group who used to play in S E England 1986-1989
who sadly never got on to a major label despite a big live following and their obvious musical ability - a classic sort of C86 sound - Sometimes described as Twee - but I think rather too sophisticated for that particularly on the B side which points to a lush sound that could well have made for a great Album ...
In Excellent Condition - both Sleeve and vinyl - Played only a few times - Sleeve has very light signs of wear on bottom edge . Pressed by SRT who specialised in tiny number pressings so probably very tricky to find now ...
