Description
Hi there.
My name is Michael White; I'm the author of Popkiss: The Life and Afterlife of Sarah Records, the recently published biography of the legendary Bristol-based independent label.
Shortly before the book's release in late 2015, I was diagnosed with a rare, chronic neurological disorder that has forced me to stop working for the foreseeable future. As part of raising funds for my ongoing medical expenses (which aren't covered by Canada's socialized health insurance), I'm auctioning my copy of the Poppyheads' "Cremation Town" EP — one of Sarah's rarest releases (and a personal favourite) — along with a signed copy of Popkiss. The record is in excellent condition, and comes complete with poster and mail-order insert. Needless to say, the book is brand new.
Thanks very much for your interest in this auction. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Please note that tracked and insured delivery is highly recommended; however, I won't be able to offer an exact quote of shipping expenses until after the auction ends.
