DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE:small nick in the spine bottom left, otherwise Superb..other edges and corners sharp..lovely and clean..spine lettering nice and clear: EX
VINYL: Beautiful...just one or two of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines...looks unplayed: EX+
LABELS: Superb..no spidering visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
