Description
This is a very fine copy from an early reissue of the sole LP by Detroit psych/hard rock group Power of Zeus, originally released on the Rare Earth label in 1970. The group rose to prominence locally under the name Gangrene; when Rare Earth signed them, they unsurprisingly requested a name change. The record is a heavy hitter, with prominent organ, sort of a cross between Detroit contemporaries SRC and the British band Spooky Tooth. The jacket is close to pristine (M-). The top seam has come half unglued. The disc is clean, and plays like new -- M(-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
