Description
Classic Northern Breakbeat Piano House released on the legendary Ark club's record label produced by DJ Rob Tissera and Stuart James. This track was a big anthem at the Ark nights where it was caned by Rob himself, alongside others. It was also a big track with Top Buzz in the south of England. I first heard Top Buzz's Jason Kaye (R.I.P) drop it in the Oldskool room at Dreamscape 25 and eventually tracked it down 2 decades later! The record is heavily used, I have graded it as Good Plus (G+) in accordance with the Goldmine Record grading model. The record has lots of light un-feelable surface marks, visible wear/ groove-wear and heavy surface noise on quiet passages. It comes with the original picture sleeve which is graded as VG (Very Good), but is a little worn and grubby with a couple of water spill marks on the rear - see pics. But fully intact and functional with a white paper inner sleeve. I don't normally sell records lower than a VG, but we all know this is a rare, classic and sought after record (which has never been repressed nor on any compilations) so I'm making an exception. The record normally sells between £80-120 with a median of around £80, due to lower condition copies bringing the average price down. I have priced this accordingly and am open to reasonable offers as I am only trying to recoup my costs. Please bear the condition in mind when purchasing or making offers as there will be no returns.

Good (G)/ Good Plus (G+)
A G/G+ record still plays through without skipping, so it can serve as filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers and failing miserably. A Good to VG– can have ring wear to the point of distraction and surface noise throughout.
