On offer here is Premiata Forneria Marconi's "Storia di un Minuto" ~ the first pressing of this wonderful record on Numero Uno - ZSLN 55055. I've enjoyed having this in my collection for close to thirty years, but it is time for this record to have a new home.
Condition:
Vinyl: The record is in near mint shape! When listening a final time, I noticed only a couple places where there was a very minor crackle, with a single audible pop on side two. For the most part all that can be heard is wonderful music by these Italian Progressive Rock musicians. And I was indeed reminded of how good this record is! Visually, and under strong light, a couple short hairlines, presumably from the inner sleeve, can be seen, but it is otherwise an excellent looking copy. Overall a grading of mint minus, with much of the vinyl playing like you just brought it home from the record shop new!
Gatefold Cover: For the most part, the gatefold cover is in fairly decent condition. There's some shelf, corner and edge wear, minor spine wear, some minor creasing and a piece of tape towards the top right front, with a very small section of the cover removed in the same area (see photos). In addition there is a store stamp on the inside of where the record is stored in the cover. I may be making it sound worse than it is, but I'd rather provide a detailed description than leave you guessing. I've included lots of pictures so you can assess the condition yourself. Overall a grading of between good and very good.
Paper Insert: Vinyl comes stored in a inner plastic lined sleeve.
Seller's Note: Also up for auction is PFM's Per un amico (DZSLN 55155 on Numero Uno). If you win both LPs, shipping is an additional $2.00 on the prices below.
