DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: Name and address on the back of Derek, who I would guess is one half of the 'Derek and Steve' duo who contribute 2 songs, Plus another name at the top rear. A little wear at the corners, but otherwise lovely..laminate tight..nice and clean: VG+

INSERT: Superb...no marks or tears..edges and corners sharp:EX+

VINYL: Beautiful!..no more than a couple of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines visible under very strong light..beautiful surface sheen and plays Superbly with no more than the very faintest static in the occasional quiet spot!: EX+

LABELS: Superb..still has a couple of flecks of plastic across the centre hole showing that this has been played no more than very occasionally: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
