Description
This auction is for the rare and desirable 'pretty things 1st uk pressing'. This is the the rare Mono LP on the FONTANA lebel.
The Catalogue number is ( TL 5239 )
What sets this one apart is it's condition. This record is in ex+ condition.
The cover is in amazing condition with only some laminate lift down the spine absolutely no stains, or writing although there is some small creases comeing in from the edge other than that it's absolutely perfect - so near EX+ is certainly a fair description.
The record is a beautiful example of an old english pressing, still with its original lustre it simply looks unplayed. Having said that, it has been played once, by me to grade it and it plays perfectly....no skips or scratches. Just the stunningly powerful original mono mix. A superb sound from one of the greatest English bands of the sixties.
The Label is also perfect with only the lightest of spindle marks and is the only suggestion that the record has ever been played.
This is probably the best example of this LP that you will ever have the opportunity to buy.
Needless to say, this LP will be extremely well packed for shipping with extra care taken to protect the sleeve (especially the corners).
