Description

I started out offering only the 8 LPs in the original photo in an auction. Now I've set a fixed price of $99 plus I've just sweetened the deal by adding in the two record set of Gershwin, the Ormandy Tchaikovsky Fifth Symphony (worth $99 by itself), and the two Entremont LPs (see final photos). That's 13 LPs altogether! Most of these are about 50 years old and all are in Stereo. They came from a larger collection I recently acquired and have been separated from the rest because all of these are still sealed (inner plastic sleeves only are sealed - - there are no outer cellophane wraps) in plastic liners with one edge perforated for easy opening - - but none of these perforated liners has ever been opened. Therefore, none of these records has ever been played or scratched. Now, unplayed doesn't mean that half a century has not affected the cardboard sleeves or prevented spots from forming on the sealed liners. It's not like purchasing a record pressed recently. But you could not start with a better vintage recording to clean and care for. [see Note below if you want me to clean any or all of the records for you] You are likely to get a fantastic stereo experience from each treasured relic. A few of these are simply Unavailable new at all. A couple people are asking $200 or more for! Oh, by the way, these are all excellent recordings of great pieces! Now, asking $20 each times 13 records would be more than reasonable: That's $260, but you can buy now for $99. Please check out my 100 Percent Positive Feedback Rating on nearly 700 Transactions for Reassurance. Thank you!

Note: if purchasing for investment or resale, best to buy as is. However, if you plan to listen to all or any of the records, I will be glad to open the seals, clean the discs in my Spin-Clean Record Washer system, and supply new fresh vinyl liners. Just let me know if you want this service.
