Description
The Holy Grail for Prince collectors - the mega rare, very limited edition of GETT OFF. The legend behind this disc is that to celebrate his birthday, Prince had pressed just a couple thousand copies of this 9+ minute version of GETT OFF (prior to its official release) and had his Paisley Park staff distribute them to friends, key disc jockeys and radio outlets. This was not an official Warner Bros. release at the time. The jacket and label design are in Prince's own hand. This is our LAST copy.......it's unlikely many more will show up for sale as most pressings have long ago ended up in the cherished hands of serious collectors. This disc is NRMT, hardly played and very well cared for. Jacket is also NRMT. This may be the last chance for a collector to get his or her hands on this seriously rare Prince collectible....and, by the way, the music is terrific! (The B side is blank with a deep purple blank label). Please read our shipping notes: Paypal preferred. Due to too many lost items, we no longer ship to addresses in Italy.
