Madhouse 8 ( Prince & Eric Leeds project) Paisley Park 9 25545-1 , made in US 1987, electro funk, future jazz ,  factory SEALED Condition of the vinyl : MINT SEALED   , shiny Condition of the cover: NM  SEALED ,    side cut small line cut top edge  ,   no  wear     , no splits,  clean ,  one folding line 
All records play-graded and visual-graded (strong light),
my record rating system:
Sealed: in original sealed wrap

Near mint: very few imperfections
Very good:A small amount of light scuffs or scratches, no background noise or with background noise but no scuffs or scratches
