POSTER / FOLDER
This is a very rare USA PROMO ONLY Folder / Poster.
Issued by Warners in 1978 to promote their newly signed artist
Prince, in the Minneapolis area. This is one only a few promotional
items which were used to launch the FOR YOU album.
These were distributed to a few local schools as a folder cover,
to cover school folders. I assume they were trying to attract the
local youth market, and to draw attention to the local youngster who had made it.
This has been kept rolled and is not folded. It has the very
lightest edge-wear. Otherwise virtually 'as new'.
How many of these survived? Not many!
Its in amazing condition for a paper item which is 39 Years old!
Perfect for framing, and one of the very earliest Prince Promotional items.
