  Commonly know "The Mystery Sleeve" temporary paper envelope / sleeve.
Larger than a standard 45 RPM sleeve, reminiscent of a mailer envelope.  
The artwork is by Will Eisner, a comic book artist most notable for The Spirit.

         Picture sleeve is very solid with aging, excellent print and solid seams. Labels have some minor wear with surface having moderate light wear that allows for excellent play.
