The acts were not actually signed exclusively to the label at the time.The album consists of tracks by unsigned new wave groups, Some Bizzare Album was Stevo Pearce’s vision. He believed in the music that was included on the album as opposed to the fashion or style aspects

I have had this Promo for over 20 years and I have never Played it, It was supposed to belong to Marc Almond of Soft Cell but I have no proof of that,
