Description
Cleaned on my ULTRASONIC RECORD CLEANING MACHINE - Unless Sealed! Note, all records are shipped in custom made mailer boxes - these are much stronger than the generic boxes available on the web. The vinyl is shipped outside of the sleeve, all in a plastic outer sleeve & another mailer insert. The box is marked 'Fragile' and 'Do not Bend'.
Played once or twice in 40 years! I never describe Vinyl as Mint unless it's sealed, thus these are listed as NM - but each disc is minty mint! The records are kept in Mobile Fidelity Original Master Inner Sleeves.
The Box shows sign of tarnish - it is almost impossible to find one without tarnish.
Originally released as "Metal Box" in 1979 by Virgin Records (containing three 12" 45rpm records), it was deleted from the catalogue on 23 November 1979 after an initial release of 60,000 units, then re-issued on 22 February 1980 as "Second Edition", a double LP packaged in gatefold sleeve.
The Matrix (run-out on each disc) are as follows:Disc 1 - Side 1 - 1A1 Side 2 - 1B2 Disc 2 - Side 1 - 1C2 Side 2 - 1D1 Disc 3 - Side 1 - 1E2 Side 2 - 1F1
