PUCCINI 'La Boheme' 2 X Vinyl LP In Plastic Wallet STEREO Serafin
Released On Decca. Cat No. SXL 2170/1
Stereo
First UK version for this cat# with white plastic wallet sleeve.
Later versions came in a regular box.
LABELS:
- Black/silver 'grooved wideband' labels
- "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY" at 11 o'clock
- "Made in England" at bottom
- Matrix numbers printed upside-down
- Labelography code: ED1
SLEEVE:
- White plastic wallet sleeve
- Has two pockets: one on front, covered with transparent plastic, where the libretto goes and a second pocket where the 2 LPs are slipped in.
- In front of the libretto is a separate sheet with picture and information about the record and it has a triangular "DECCA STEREOPHONIC" logo in a box
- Back of wallet is white
LIBRETTO:
- 32 pages (page numbering starts with page 2 and ends with page 31)
- Contains photos of the recording, liner notes and the libretto itself
- "Made in England"

Vinyl In VG Condition (The Odd Light Surface Mark)
How Records are graded
As our items are donated, they may appear with dust and the odd finger mark to the surface and therefore may require cleaning
- EXCELLENT . Item has been played but surface appears to be clear with no signs of scratches or scuffs. Item may have some light dust build-up. The sleeve will have minimal corner/edge/shelf wear but no dents or damage.
- VERY GOOD . Vinyl surface may have a few light surface marks and some dust build-up. Cover may have some light signs of wear to edges & corners. No dirt or marks.
- GOOD . Vinyl has a number of light lines and scuffs but still looks very playable with no major issues, may be in need of cleaning but ultimately a practical, playable record. Sleeve has issues such as corner/edge wear and some dents, possibly some light sticker residue. May show light dirt.
- FAIR. The vinyl has obviously been played a number of times and may have lost its sheen. The will also be a number of surface marks. Sleeve will have discolouring, creasing and general wear.
- POOR . Surface has deep scratches, dirt and scuffs. Likely to play with skips or be unplayable altogether. Sleeve is torn, worn or dirty. Generally this is reserved for a collectable record.
We grade all itemsvisually and do not have the facilities to sound test. Please note thatthese are used recordings and as such may have some dust and/or scratches whichmay affect the sound quality of recordings.
