Pulp – Different Class

Pulp were an English rock band formed in Sheffield in 1978. Their best-known line-up from their heyday (1992–1997) consisted of Jarvis Cocker (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Candida Doyle (keyboards), Russell Senior (guitar, violin), Mark Webber (guitar, keyboards), Steve Mackey (bass) and Nick Banks (drums, percussion).
The vinyl has quite a few noticeable marks/scratches and plays with clicks, pops and crackle. It has no jumps, skips or sticks and is still very listenable! See condition below. As it is a rare record I have decided to auction it as a collection filler for someone!

The album is on Island Records, ILPS 8041. Matrix side one: ILPS 8041 A (written) [SNA logo] (stamped). Matrix side two: ILPS 8041 B (written) [SNA logo] (stamped).
Issued in a special edition die-cut sleeve with silver print; a sticker on the front states: 'Choose Your Own Front Cover 12 Different sleeves inside. A large aperture at the front and 6 reversible artwork inserts allow a choice of 12 different sleeve designs.
Released in 1995. UK pressing. Stereo.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: fair (has quite a few scratches and plays with clicks/pops/crackle, plays with no jumps or sticks, still very listenable though!).
Vinyl side 2: fair (has quite a few scratches and plays with clicks/pops/crackle, plays with no jumps or sticks, still very listenable though!).
Cover (Aperture sleeve, die-cut): good (corner and edge wear, a few small tears around the die-cut, some creasing, sticker on front, a bit rough looking).
Comes with the original inner sleeve and six double-sided artwork inserts in excellent condition.
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
