With ''Masters Of Moral, Servants Of Sin'', gave the 3 death metal Sick-Stars of PUNGENT STENCH in 2001 their musical comeback after any years of abstinence. Lyrically, of course, beats back into the damn rough notch, but musically, a lot has changed. The 10 songs are still very catchy & mostly mid-tempo, but they've gotten a bit away from the Death Metal roots and musical core themes and tend to thrash metal more. As a result, the songs gain much momentum. The riffing is in places even quite tricky, but never loses the thread. With their crazy mix of, say, hard-rock riffs, an ultra-gross sound and more mangy vocals, perverted cover artworks and equally perverted lyrics, all served with a heavy dose of humor, they quickly gained the status of a band to puke or find awesome, just cult. This new limited black vinyl edition comes on 2LPs in the gatefold cover & with bonustrack therefore.
