Includes the cloth bag with the logo on the front side. Doesn't include the patch, BUT I added a Pagan Altar logo shirt in size MEDIUM that wasn't included in the diehard package. If you win the auction and dont want or need the shirt (because of the size or any other reason) let me know so i don't add it to the package.
