Description
More listings from my longtime friend's 50 year collection of mainly 78s from 1923 - 1933 decade. Many, many wonderful jazz, country, dance band, blues and rare label records. I have been selling 78s and lps through the mail since the mid 1980s, starting with Joslin's Jazz Journal and of course here on ebay. Also, I have had tables at over 60 Antique Phonograph Shows through the years. I play grade all 78s, using vintage tube equipment and a Thorens 124/Sme 3012 tonearm and an Expert Stylus Co. 3.5 mil stylus. I grade conservatively and pack extremely well. Never any breakage in 35 years. We have first two tables on the left at the Mechanical Music Extravaganza on April 30th. Hope to see you there.
This is a very rare record in less than nice condition. Will play through and you can hear the music. Please bid accordingly.
Paramount 12743 Cincinnati Jug Band "George Street Stomp" / "Newport Blues" Looks pretty bad but all the music is there and audible. V- maybe? Music is all there but noisy. Noise reduction's a good idea, whether turning down the treble, scratch filter,etc. It's a rare one.
