EMI / Parlophone – Urgent – Special Rush Copy Top Pop Demo Sleeve, c1960-63
This is a decent example of a paper record sleeve that once contained a Demo / Demonstration single from one of the EMI labels – including Parlophone, and so also including the early Beatles’ demos. It is printed in blue and black on white paper. (I have seen the same design printed in blue and red). As my pictures show, it does have some creasing. It could do with being ironed (really) but annoyingly – our iron is broken. There is one small tear on one side at around the four o’clock position on the edge of the centre hole. Nothing is missing and it is hard to notice. Also on that side there is a small stain under the word ‘another’. There s no writing anywhere. I don’t usually grade paper sleeves but in this case I would say it was around VG+.Home About Us Delivery Payment View Feedback
