Record: Near Mint. The vinyl appears unplayed.
Label: Very Good++. There is some faint wear to the spindle-hole.
Cover: Very Good. Borders VG+. There is a small tear at the top edge.There are a few long creases at the upper left-hand corner, a tiny tear at the upper right-hand corner, and wear to the upper right-hand corner on the back. Includes the original insert in NM condition and the original download card. (I am not positive that the download card is functional).
