This vinyl was bought first hand from the Patrick Wolf website, so no previous owners. Sadly having to sell now, so hoping it goes to a good home!
I would regard no item to be truly perfect, and I am neither a big vinyl collector nor an expert on gradings, but referring to Discogs and given the above I would suggest both record and its plain inner sleeve to be in MINT condition. The vinyl has never been played, only ever taken out of its inner sleeve to provide photos for this listing. 
The outer sleeve has been stored upright on a shelf out of direct sunlight. There is a slight mark to the top left on back, and a slight scuff to the corner. This is how it was originally received in the post. Again I am no expert but as the issues are only of a cosmetic nature I would suggest it is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition.
Due to both weight and value of item I am only offering postage to UK buyers via Royal Mail Tracked 48, to be collected from my doorstep and delivered to yours. I always ensure items are very well packaged to prevent damage, but if there are any issues during transit or on delivery they are wholly the responsibility of eBay as per their Buyer Protection guarantee.
