Description
I’m a retired jazz musician, and will be selling a bunch of my old jazz records over the next month or so. Please note I am unable to meet in person - all records will be carefully packed and shipped. I tend to grade conservatively, and am easy to deal with if a return is needed.
Paul Chambers “Whims Of Chambers,” Blue Note 81534 stereo vinyl LP. This is an early 1970s United Artists pressing.
Sleeve - VG+. Some splitting to spine, writing on back. Quite nice. Includes generic vintage paper inner as well as a modern protective inner sleeve.
Vinyl - NM. Physically looks new, extremely low mileage, probably only played once or twice. BUT there is a minor factory defect at the beginning of Side A that causes the cartridge to quiver for about the first 20 seconds. See video. On a very sensitive rig it could probably cause the needle to skip, though it doesn’t on my set up. Other than that a clean, outstanding listen.
