Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Paul Chambers “Bass on Top” on the West 63rd (no “INC”) labels of Blue Note BLP 1569. The playing surface is in excellent condition, with a nice luster; perhaps played once or twice. The laminated West 63rd cover is also in excellent condition – with sharp corners and perfect seams; 1/8” nick on spine; normal age toning on back slick.
