Description
Blue Note 1534 Mono (1956). DISC is VG++ close to M-. Would grade M- except disc has a couple very light and hard to find scuffs--not affecting play and you need bright light to find them. The record plays very well and is a nice listen. Deep groove labels. There is mild spindle wear on label and the other label is bubbling up slightly (coming unglued a little). Record was well cared for though and was sold to me by the original owner. Has RVG and “ear” etched by hand in margin of record. No copyright symbol on label. Deep grooves on both sides. I would not call this a flat edge pressing though.
COVER is VG+ or close to it. NO SPLITS. Laminated cover. Cover is soiled along top a little where maybe some slight humidity has crept in there. Not very noticeable though. Top right corner is very slightly worn but not split. Other corners look pretty nice. There is a slight wear ring on front and back. Cover looks good though. Has a little browning on back and a stain where a small piece of red tape was removed(--see pic).A pretty nice copy of this rare 50’s modern jazz classic.

Record & cover will be packed for shipping with great care---record will removed from cover & will be in heavy paper sleeve. Cover will be in plastic sleeve, both between cardboard flats in oversized secure mailer. No reason to worry.
