Description
This is the 1975 Japan pressing of Paul & Linda McCartney's 1972 album "Ram."
This is the first Japanese pressing to switch labels from Apple to Capitol. Note that the obi still says "Apple Records!" π
** This pressing has a rare hype sticker on the cellophane bag wrapper saying "EMI Imported Records From Japan" in both English and French (see photos). There are 2 of these on the bag, one used to seal the album.
I wonder where these Japanese copies were sent to - maybe (bilingual) Canada? I'd love the know the full story! π€π€¨
All items of this copy are Mint - the PLAY-GRADED vinyl, the obi, the gatefold cover, and the insert.
Please remember that visual-only vinyl grades are MEANINGLESS! You can't see ticks and pops. And my copy is nearly dead silent.
Please see my other listings for more rock rarities and audiophile pressings. Please bookmark me because I'm adding more great vinyl all the time. I'm thinning out my lifelong collection. Thank You! π
