PAUL MCCARTNEY - CHAOS AND CREATION IN THE BACKYARD. 
Rare LP to find. This has only been played twice ever, maybe three times..  
Vinyl was placed in a new sleeve when new as the card sleeves are quite harsh.
Condition:-  Let's start with the most important first.   VINYL:  NM / No spindle marks, maybe some very faint removal whisps. Perfect.
MAIN SLEEVE:  VG+ / The sleeve has got some damage mostly to one lower corner and the spine. The spine has a fine slit along the middle but it's totally readable. Some slight indented marks here and there that are not easy to see - please see pics.
INNER SLEEVE:  NM / Perfect, as new. 
INSERTS:  MINT / Perfect, as new.
