Paul McCartney Oratorio signed programme and brochure

From the Premier performance of Paul McCartney's Liverpool Oratorio these are important collectible items for enthusiasts of all types. Performed for the first time at the Royal Festival Hall with Carl Davis conducting, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa-soprano and Willard White -bass on Sunday 7th July 1990.

This lot is for a Commemorative colour brochure featuring the full libretto, many interesting pictures and information about the piece. The most interesting item perhaps though is the small programme and seating plan as handed out on the night, which my sister then sought out the great man and had him sign it. So, featuring Paul McCartney's signature, from a memorable occasion and celebrating 150 years of the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
